This is a great product. There are so many textures to experience in each mouthful! It's so easy to dress up, too. I like to use a combination of veggie broth (there's a new broth concentrate on the shelves...look for it), lite coconut milk and some chili garlic sauce in my rice steamer. Then I use it as a base for a quick stirfry with some marinated tofu and the Greens With Envy mix. Awesome!!!

I love this product! It's spiciness is cooled down just enough by the addition of creme fraiche :(sorry vegans). Warning - if you don't like heat or you don't like cilantro, stay away. For all the rest of us...chow down!!

These yummy brownies are made even better by using a flavored yogurt like mocha, raspberry or cherry. Try it next time!

Word is that these are gone for good as of early winter. Maybe strong public outcry could bring them back. It has happened before with other products...and I agree that they were unbelievably yummy.
