Almondina Red White and Blueberry Parfaits(3 votes) Click on a star to add your own rating    1 cup strawberries, chopped 1 cup blueberries 1-5.3oz container Fage yogurt with honey ½ cup heavy cream, whipped 1 teaspoon vanilla Place biscuits in food processor and process into small pieces. Divide pieces between four parfait dishes. Top with ¼ cup strawberries. Combine yogurt, whipped cream and vanilla. Top strawberries with yogurt mixtures.(Reserving 2 Tablespoons mixture for garnish) Top yogurt with ¼ cup blueberries. Garnish with yogurt mixture and enjoy! This recipe can be doubled and served in a trifle bowl. It makes a great summertime potluck recipe. The fruit can be varied based on what fruit is in season. unfortunately the chocolate cherry almondina have been discontinued but the regualar almondina are still there or you can use the soft bite chocolate biscotti
