Artichoke & Crab Ceviche1lb cooked Jumbo Shrimp, tail off2 cans Artichoke Hearts ½ cup Chopped Red Onion 2 Limes ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper ½ tsp. Garlic 1 tbsp. Olive Oil Guacamole Combine juice from limes, cayenne pepper, garlic and olive oil. Drain artichokes and chop. Combine shrimp, artichokes, red onion and dressing. Chill for 30 minutes.
