Artisan Pizza with Bleu Cheese and Sliced PearsThis was featured in the most recent Flyer, and I just had to try it. I really don't like bleu cheese, and next time I think I'll scrape it off before baking and replace it--however, I still liked this pizza, even with the cheese. The pears and carmelized onions blended nicely, and the crust is very crisp. I was in mourning the day TJs discontinued the frozen pear/blue cheese pizza and was thrilled to see this one. Perfect dinner for one and the bleu cheese and pears are a great match.

I am not a fan of bleu cheese by itself, but this pizza convinced me that bleu cheese is worth the effort when it is mixed with the right set of ingredients. The pears and onions mellow the taste of the cheese and all the ingredients together make this an outstanding pizza!
