this is a staple in my freezer!

I could eat the entire bag, but with 80 calories per serving and 3 servings to a bag, I can justify it. I do pick out the water chestnuts and sometimes the baby corn cobs because I don't like them, but I add stir-fried Trader Joe's tofu to it and it's a full meal.

I can't believe how the sugar content is so low!

Does anyone know how to make/buy the Beijing Style Soy Sauce?
I love this product. It is a great way to make a healthy, nutritious meal or side dish in 5 minutes.
I have recently been making a salmon stir fry with this product. I have some individually wrapped frozen salmon fillets. I defrost a fillet, then cut it into cubes. I season with salt/pepper and stir fry in the wok, then remove it temporarily to a plate. I then cook the Asian Vegetables with Beijing Style Soy Sauce, add the sauce, then add the cooked salmon cubes. Cook until everything is nice and hot, then serve. Fabulous.
