This was the first time I saw this guac in a bag/box (I had only seen the other one prior to this) but I had to laugh out loud at the title. Not many people would 'get it' (Avagadro's number is 6.02 x 10^23. it is the number of molecules in a 'Mole'. It is a term used in chemistry often). Anyway, for this avacado product they were saying that, 'well there isn't an avagadro's number of avocados' in here, but there are at least 5!' ... classic trader joes humor. I'm sure it will taste delish. I bought it just for the name..

Quite tasty, but unfortunately nowhere near as good as fresh. Too garlicky-tasting, not enough cilantro, lime, or onion.

TJ's has several versions of guacamole. This one lets the taste of the butter Haas avacados shine. Some of the others have more ingredients and flavors, but I like this one not just on its own, but as an ingredient in all kinds of things. Nice as a spread in a wrap instead of mayo; I've even made a terrific salad dressing with it (not my recipe but it was good).

The packaging is a plus, too: two little packets, each packet enough for a small bowl of guac. Just enough for a few people as a dip, or two as a side, and then save the other for the next time. It freezes well, too. That was an "oops" discovery.

Yup, funny humor here! Our mathematician friend gets a kick out of it.

I like this, but the Guaca Salsa is better, IMHO.

This guacamole is good only if you can't find ripe avocados to make your own. The taste is pretty good - although I don't taste the Haas flavor too much. The problem for me is the texture; it needs to be chunkier.

Sure this guacamole could be more chunkier, have more cilantro and a bit more lemon, but it is a decent prepared item. If you don't have time to make it fresh or need a quick "to-go" appetizer, this will do the trick.

I squeeze my own lime juice and stir in cilantro before serving. Nobody notices the difference except me, when I don't have to wash my kitchen tools at the end of the night!

have you tried the other prepared guacs out there? horrible! this is as close as you can get to freshly made, but i do think it needs some lime juice and cilantro to spice it up. i find it pretty chunky already!

This is really tasty...hard to not eat the whole bag!

this is good but i prefer the guac-salsa one better, they are very large packets that cannot be salvaged so once you open them, be prepared to finish the whole thing or it will spoil

This is surprisingly close to the real thing. I like to keep it on hand because it doesn't spoil as quickly as fresh avacados. Also great because there are no surprises. I can't count how many times I've purchased avacados that seemed perfectly ripe only to cut them open and find them to be brown and unusable. With this stuff there are no worries. Just pop in the freezer if it's getting close to the expiration date.

This is a standard purchase for me at Trader Joe's. I think this product tastes great with a good quality tortilla chip.
