Baked Cinnamon French ToastSo simple, it's embarrassing. Great for a no fuss breakfast.1 loaf Cinnamon Swirl bread, cut into 2 inch cubes and left out over night to dry. (Optional)1/2 - 3/4 cup Raisins or Dried Cranberries (or any diced dried fruit - apples are yummy) 8 Eggs 1/2 C milk 1 bottle Maple Syrup or Agave Maple Syrup Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with no-stick spray. Beat eggs and milk together. Place bread into pan, top with egg mixture and toss together. (Dried fruit would jump in here) Hands work the best. pat down a bit to make it level, then go to town covering the top with the syrup. Gooey is good. Bake for 35-45 minutes (ovens vary), or until puffy and an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Also good topped with whipped cream for dessert.
