Balsamic Gnocchi and Braised Greens

- GNOCCHI--

1 pkg TJs Pasta Gnocchi Fonari
1 pkg cubed Citterio Pancetta
1/4 c TJs Grated Pecorino Romano
2 T TJs evoo
1 T TJs Crushed Garlic
2 T TJs Balsamic
Splash or 2 of 2 buck Chuck Cab.

--Boil gnocci per pkg directions, drain, in same pan heat evoo and garlic over med-hi, stir in gnocchi, splash balsamic and saute until coated add wine and saute until coated, mix in cheese and pancetta, lower heat to med low to low and stir to mix.

Braised greens-(can be made while boiling gnocci)--1 pkg TJs Southern Blend Steaming Greens,

Juice of 2-3 lemons (to taste)
3 T salted butter (or 1 T bacon grease if you have it)
dash of crushed red peppers (to taste)
1/4 c water

--place all but grees in pan heat over med high to blend and simmer, add greens, reduce heat to low, stir to coat greens, cover and allow to sit for a couple of minutes (until greens are tender but not brown).
Split greens in 2 large bowls (or on 2 plates) and top with Gnocchi. Add fresh ground pepper to taste and drink remaning Shaw Cab.
Surprisingly filling, yummy and inexpensive (can easily be done under $15) for a romantic dinner for two!
