Click on a star to add your own rating   1 package Trader Joe's pre-cooked Carnitas - $3.99 1 package Trader Joe's handmade corn tortillas - $1.99 2 cans Trader Joe's Cuban style black beans - $1.99/ea 1 package Trader Joe's fresh diced onions - $1.99 1 package Trader Joe's fresh cilantro - varies 1 pacakge Trader Joe's fresh & spicy guacamole - varies 1 lime Prepare carnitas & black beans based on package instructions (you can microwave both...I do) Chop cilantro Heat tortillas one by one over uncovered gas stove top (just lay the tortillas over the grates on the burner...watch them!) Top tortillas with carnitas, diced onion, cilantro and some guacamole. Serve with black beans.
