probably one of the best cheeses i've ever had. I miss it the most since i've gone vegan. it's kinda expensive ($4-5 for the package) but it is so rich, so flavorful, so 'sharp' .. oy! it's great. :)
I read your reviews this morning, bought the cheese this afternoon, and as a dedicated cheese aficianado, this is my new favorite cheddar, ever. Sharp, tangy, rich, full-bodied. Absolutely delicious.

Love to divide a piece up into about 6 pieces and top 6 Black Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuits. Zap for about 15 sec. in the microwave and you have an awesomely cheesy snack!
I went to my TJ in Alameda and couldn't find the Black Diamond brand anywhere :(
I buy this every time I'm in TJ's, whether I need it or not. My boyfriend teases that I'd save it in a fire. It's the best.
