Blueberry Blintz Cheesecake(5 votes) You may have noticed the flurry of new deserts at your local TJ's in the past few weeks. The Blueberry Blintz Cheesecake is the one that really caught my eye.
Click on a star to add your own rating   I am a lover of the traditional, buttery graham cracker crust but in this case, the crumbs have been replaced by a crepe like blintz crust that wraps the cheescake about three quarters of the way, leaving the blueberry topping exposed and tradition in the dust. Shocking? Daring? Delicious! I actually prefer the crepe to the crumb having tried both. The cheescake itself won't dissapoint and the topping was a match in quality. A must try. Very good cheesecake.I like the unique crust.The blueberry compote on top tastes great.Its a little pricey and the cheesecake itself is a little small,but its really good.
