Bolognese SauceA Tomato based sauce with meat. I love this sauce. It doesn't have sugar, so the sauce isn't sweet. It makes a great base for quick and yummy chili. Just saute some onion and add the sauce with two cans of beans and your favorite spices. (I use garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, black pepper.) Salt isn't needed because it's in the sauce. The chili has the perfect thickness.
