Brownie Bite Dessert

This is an easy recipe that you can pull the ingredients right from your kitchen and whip up this delicious and very presentable dessert in no time. I keep the ingredients on hand for a quick dessert.

(1) one package Trader Joes Brownie Mix (Truffle Brownie mix, No- Pudge Brownie Mix).
(1) one package of Trader Joes Frozen Raspberries
(1) one pint Whip Cream (can make fresh from heavy whipping cream)

Make the brownies and set them aside to cool; once cool, cut into bit size pieces. (Bit of Brownie cookies work well because they are so dense). Drop the cut brownies into a glass bowl and spoon raspberries over the top. (Pour any juice over the top of the brownies as well). Top the brownies with the whip cream; all the way to the top of the bowl (it will be very thick). Garnish with a few fresh raspberries for presentation. (This can be made with strawberries as well).

Enjoy!
