Bruschetta(3 votes) TJ's Bruschetta is restaurant-quality and totally addictive. This may sound weird, but I put it on toasted english muffins. It tastes just as good as bread. It makes an ultra low-calorie snack without even trying. It's also great when you mix it into the frozen alfredo pasta.
