Buttermilk Pancake Mix(9 votes) If it's not from scratch, pancakes are made from this in my house. They are perfect. Cook well, great to add fruit or chocolate chips to, easy. I like to add some wheat germ (about a tablespoon per pancake) to the mix, it gives it a nutty flavor and it's good for you!

I used to use Bisquick for pancakes till I found out about the transfat in there. This mix has none, and makes a better-tasting pancake. What's not to love?
