Butternut Squash Soup with Pie Spices(1 vote)Rate this listing  1 box Trader Joe's Butternut Squash Soup (32 oz.) 1 tub Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche, brought to room temperature 1 bag Trader Joe's Cheese & Garlic Croutons ½t Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice + ¼t 1) Combine the soup and ½t Pie Spice in a sauce pan & heat. Meanwhile combine the Crème Fraîche & ¼t Pie Spice. 2) To serve, place croutons in shallow soup bowls, pour soup over croutons & swirl the spiced Crème Fraîche over the top.
