California Beach Body BurgerQuick 20 minutes recipe that uses all ingredients purchased at Trader Joe's. It is healthy and completely Vegan.4 Cups of Baby Spinach 16 Mini Pearl Grape Tomatoes 1 Box Dr.Praeger's All Natural California Veggie Burger 1.5 Cups of Alfalfa Sprouts 1 Avocado 4 Eggs (optional if you are vegan) Rinse tomatoes and slice them in half. Thinly slice the avocado 1/4 inch thick. Use medium heat and canola oil spray on a frying pan to cook the burger for 3-5 minutes on each side. If you want an egg for extra protein, cook your eggs over easy. Arrange a bed of baby spinach on the plate, then add the veggie burger, egg (optional), avocado, alfalfa sprouts, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
