Cheese Tortellini and Braised Greens1 package Trader Joe's Cheese Tortellini1 package Trader Joe's "And the Chard of Many colors" French cooking greens 1 tsp Trader Joe's garlic 1/2 pat Plugra Butter 1/2 oz. Trader Joe's olive oil 1/4 cup chicken stock 3 tbsp Trader Joe's hummus, any flavor 1/2 pkg Trader Joe's grape tomatoes, sliced in half boil the cheese tortellini until slightly underdone, set aside. In a large lidded pan, cook greens with chicken stock, garlic, olive oil, butter and and salt (to taste) for 15 minutes. Keep the lid on and add water if it gets dry, it should be a bit soupy. Add the hummus, grape tomato halves and tortellini and cook together for 5 minutes. Feeds 2-3. This is a quick and nutritious dish that has a great taste and texture from the hummus livened up by the sweetness of the grape tomatoes. Enjoy! Thanks so much for posting this inventive and easy recipe. My husband and I LOVED it. Such a balanced and healthy meal! In fact, I was about to make a side salad but took one look at the size of the bag of greens I was about to eat and figured it was unnecessary. Indeed... a little garlic toast on the side and this is a meal on its own. Thanks again!
