Fire Roasted Poblano Pepper filled with Cheese and topped with salsa.

This was delicious! It's a well-spent 350 calories (pretty high in fat at 18 grams, but also high in protein at 22 grams) but it tastes SOO flavorful, a little spicy, and seriously DECADENT. It doesn't have the fried coating but the poblano pepper is huge and has a nice grilled-taste. The cheese is abundant and the salsa is delcious.

My chile was very hard - almost as if it were placed into the container while still raw or seriously undercooked. Filling was tasty but sparse. Wouldn't buy again.
Certainly not the best Chile Relleno I've had, however it is a healthy frozen entree that has a mexican taste. When you're on the east coast and missing socal mexican food, it's a nice thing to have. Wouldn't serve it to a guest, but stick in the oven for 40 minutes and you've got a good low calorie, high protein meal with much less fat than a real chile relleno would have...and it's vegetarian!
