Chili Cheese Bake(5 votes) 1 Box Potato Pancakes
Click on a star to add your own rating   1 Jar 3 Bean & Beef Chili 1 Bag Shredded Cheddar Place pancakes in the bottom of a sprayed 11x7 pan. Spoon Chili evenly over the pancake and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy with a dollop of Cilantro Chive Yogurt Dip! I make this for my family all the time. It's always a big hit. Unfortunately, potato pancakes are now a seasonal item at Trader Joe's. They are only available in the fall/early winter. We really miss this meal the rest of the year!
