Chipper Fish(3 votes) (Serves 4)
Click on a star to add your own rating   1c Potato Chips – Crushed ½ c Parmesan Cheese ½ c Cowgirl Ranch or Caesar Dressing 4 Mahi- Mahi fillets Preheat oven to 400F. Combine chips and cheese. Dip fish in ranch dressing and cover in chip mixture. Arrange on oiled baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 additional minutes or until fish is flaky.
