Chocolate with Vanilla Bean Cream JOE JOES(37 votes)Rate this listing These cookies are the all-natural version of Oreos. The white cream is dreamy- fluffy and light. The chocolate is delicious, not as "dense" as a real Oreo. We will never have any other chocolate sandwich cookie in our house after tasting these (and they were recommended by the Trader Joe's cashier who claims he eats a box every day for breakfast). Try them....you'll never go back! Submitted on 04/26/2006 by hertai

I love these and the vanilla creams too. The flavors are more intense than oreos and the ingrdients, while not really healthy, are better than the artificial stuff that you usually find in cookies.

Trader Joes has a made a superior alternative to the Oreo. These cookies are addictive with the rich chocolate flavor and creamy vanilla flavor. Make sure you have plenty of cold milk to accompany these delicious cookies for the perfect treat. Milk and Cookies! YUM!

I agree with all the comments above - they are SO good with cold milk or just by themselves. My husband and I have been having them for dessert the past week. I like the fact that they are healthier and lighter-tasting than the regular Oreos.

these are better than Oreos not doubt about it!

...for some reason, the cookie part doesn't taste as delicious to me in the choc/vanilla version as it does in the choc/choc version (stupendously good). my hands-down favorite joe-joe is the vanilla/vanilla, though!
I bought these today based solely on the reviews on this website. Previously, I had no interest in store bought cookies. There are really none worth buying "in a box" except Oreo's perhaps.
These are excellent cookies. The chocolate wafer is not nearly as intense as an oreo with that dark nearly black goodness, but, what it lacks in intensity, it more than makes up for with its superior filling which doesn't taste like sweetened crisco. The filling is creamier and flecked with actual vanilla bean. An excellent substitute for Oreo's. bydanakscully64, January 17, 2007
I absolutely love these! I never liked Oreos growing up, but these are pretty darn good!

Far better tasting than Oreo's. All natural and the price is only $2.49 for a 20oz box of them. Superb!

No hydrogenated oil! which I consider the devil when it comes to weight maintenance. The filling is waaay better than oreo also as it tastes more real or natural.
Not for weight loss or a health nut snack, but a good treat that is better alternative for the Oreo. bykhm, April 3, 2008
I like the cookie part of Oreos, but have always been grossed out by the heavy, lard-y tasting filling. Joe-Joes' filling not only taste like real sugar and vanilla, they smell stupendous.

I have adored Oreos all of my life. These are better than Oreos. Enough Said.
