Chorizo Egg and Cheese Crustless Quiche
This is a great way to start off your day right before work. It's a simple as popping it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and it's ready to serve. The first bite you can taste the paprika and spices blended into the egg whites, roasted pepper, monteray jack cheese. Pretty interesting use of the shallots, cilantro and olive oil giving it a great taste. I use a dash of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper sauce to spice it up. Great for a warm filling breakfast without all the hassle. It comes in a box of two crustless quiche. I give it two thumbs up and five stars for the price being under three dollars. Also only 4 points per serving for the Weight Watchers fans.

These little breakfast surprises are wonderful! Whenever I bring one to work, everyone in the breakroom is jealous...the aroma is delicious...and it's a great, quick breakfast idea.

We took one bite, then another and thought "What the heck, why is this so bad?" Love eggs. Love quiche. Love Chorizo. It was just a rather greasy, nasty mess and was unpleasant. Wish I could be more specific, but two people said "pass" and into the disposal it went.
