Cinnamon Currant Peanut Butter
If you aren't already a peanut butter addict, then this will make you one. Trader Joe's brand works the best because of its creamy texture and perfect amount of salt. It goes great on toasted Trader Joe's bran muffins!

1 jar Trader Joe's creamy salted peanut butter
1/2 cup currants or raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and transfer back to the jar. It may be easier to split it between two jars.

This peanut butter goes great on everything! Use it as your normal peanut butter from peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to just eating a banana with peanut butter on it.

I just saw a special recently on one of those PBJ restaurants and they said, by far, the best sandwich was the Peanut Butter Cinnamon Raisen with Apple sandwich. I thought about ordering some PB with raisins and cinnamon, but your post reminds me I can easily do this at home, and spread on raisin bread, with sliced green apples. Yep, gonna try it.
