Cioppino Seafood Stew

Cioppino Seafood Stew
Very delicious Cioppino. It cooks in 10 minutes tops. Full of good quality seafood too--cod, shrimp, scallops, and mussels, and they don't scrimp on the portions of seafood. The tomato sauce boils down to a thick consistency, and you end up with a large bowl to serve 1 hungry person, or 2 small "cup" size portions.

What a great seafood stew. For those watching their calories or doing Weight Watchers, this dish is low fat and oly 6 points. Suprisingly very delicious with very good seafood. Can;t wait to get more!

Yes, excellent dish. Serves two at our house as long as there's french bread and salad to go along with it. My picky husband loves it and has cleaned his plate (okay, bowl) every time! Never any leftovers.

SOO easy to make, just toss in the pan and heat it up. The best packaged cioppino I've ever had!

The stew is amazingly good and oh so easy to prepare. It makes a great lunch on a cold day and is definitely filling.

All my area stores seem to be out of it...

What gives!

The only thing that was possibly wrong with this was the cod. Yet again, I tend not to like fish...

The entire bag's contents is good for one meal. The thing to watch out for is the salt. The contents of the bag contain 80% of the daily recommended allowance - 1900 mg.

I don't know if I'd buy this again, because as NAKNAK pointed out, it's loaded with salt. But if you are a seafood lover like me, then you will enjoy this.

the seafood was excellent, the sauce was ok. i doubt it'll be a staple, but i probably would buy it again just for the seafood to make my own linguine or cioppino

This stew is delicious, and i`m not usually a fan of seafood, but i liked it.Easy to prepare. Not really enough for one person though by itself, but accompanied with bread and salad,is fine for most people.

just bought this today i'm exited to try it out hopefully tommorow for dinner, will report back
I didn't think that this was all that wonderful. Meh at best. There was something on the directions that wasn't clear to me. Did you microwave the sauce packet first, and then add in the seafood? Do you add everything together and then mix? While there was a lot of seafood, the sizes of the shrimp, scallops and mussels where underwhelming.

this was so good i finished the entire package, then when reading about the sodium content im shocked, next time i purchase this i will have to make sure i share with another. this is deff a staple in my house, so easy to make and the size of seafood was amazing!

This is a very tasty (and quick & easy) meal! Generous portions of seafood and the broth was very tasty. This is a good dish for those who are looking for high protein and relatively low carbs. For those who don't care about carbs, this would be great over some rice!
The package says two servings but I had no trouble eating the entire thing myself.

This stuff rocks!!!!!! Sauce awesome, fish awesome, throw over spanish rice even better!
Recommend using stovetop directions. Microwaves are toxic anyway!
