Coastal Cheddar(2 votes) The absolute yummiest cheddar I have ever eaten. I feel like I'm on an English farm when I'm eating it. It has what seem like little crunchy salt crystals evenly distributed throughout. It's delish with ripe summer tomatoes on fresh bread. I like many cheeses, cheddar being one, but, TJ's cheeses seem to frequently be near or past the 'sell by' date. I found this out by forgetting to check the package which turned within a week of buying. Check the package date before buying!
