Corn and Chile Tomato-Less Salsa(31 votes) This is a wonderfully unique salsa with "a sweet combination of corn, red peppers, onion and a touch of heat." Try some of this on a baked potato instead of the usual butter or sour cream.

This is a great salsa, but I can't handle even the least bit of heat. Althought it's great paired with Trader Joe's chicken skewers. Yummy!
