Crispy Sausage Pizza

Consists of a base and a sauce.

Base is simply Arabian Joe's Spicy Spinach Pizzas.

Sauce is as follows (good for about 8 pizzas).

TJ's Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage (4) cut into pieces no more than 1" thick. Brown in a pan with olive oil of your choice.

Add 5 roma tomatoes sliced thin to pan. Add more olive oil if needed. Add 1 clove garlic, sliced thin, 1 bay leaf, 1 stalk minced celery, 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper. You don't have to add this all at once. Cook at medium heat until tomatoes start to caramelize on the outside. Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, stir, and keep cooking until there is a significant reduction. Add 1/2 cup of dry Marsala wine, and cook until that reduces into the sauce.

Spread the sauce with sausage over the tops of the Spinach Pizzas with a spoon and bake in an oven until crisp
