Crunchy Chicken SandwichTrader Joe's Frozen Breaded Chicken Breastssandwich buns creole seasoning cheese mayonnaise or tartar sauce Optional: Lettuce, Tomatoes and/or Onions NOTE: I have to admit, when I made myself a sandwich, I experimented with the brioche rolls, toasted (trimmed to fit in my toaster) and accidentally put tartar sauce on the bun instead of mayonnaise (but it was really tasty!). And my husband and I have really gotten into putting creole seasoning on just about anything, and I took a gamble and sprinkled some on the bun...man, was it good! 1. Cook 1-2 chicken breasts per sandwich according to the instructions on the bag. 2. Toast buns. 3. Spread mayonnaise or tartar sauce on bread, then sprinkle creole seasoning to taste. 4. Add cooked chicken, then layer with a slice of cheese. Microwave until cheese melts, if desired. 5. Slice tomatoes and onion to your preference, top with lettuce on bread with remaining bun top. Enjoy!! This is meant to be a quick fix to a fast food chicken sandwich for lunch or a light dinner.
