Awesome authentic curry flavor here. You can turn it into a big salad with the balsamic dressing poured on, or eat the chicken salad on pita bread, and have the greens on the side. My favorite lunch!

the chicken curry is on point, not powerful tasting, just right, the balsamic is a bit strong so you may want to just use about half the packet, a must buy for a lunch or light dinner

The first time I tried this, I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The chicken curry is right up there with the best I've ever tasted, and goes perfectly with the bed of mixed greens. I skipped the packet of dressing that came with it because it was flavorful enough without it. This is a super-healthy lunch, and I'd eat every day if I could. My only complaint would be the price.
