Deep Dark Gingerbread Baking Mix

This is a good mix, makes a very tasty cake. Lots of ginger flavor in this mix which is what I was looking for. Many things you can do with this mix, add raisins, sprinkle powdered sugar/brown sugar on top, etc., but you CAN'T get it year round so if you see it, stock up. I went the day after it was announced and was told all that was left was in the store. Hurry!

My family really liked this gingerbread mix. It was spicy, so don't buy if you're looking for something mild. I would definitely buy again.

from the shelves of my local store. I love this cake and wish I'd stocked up before it vanished. Don't dare ask if it's been discontinued....

My husband and teenage son liked this very much, as did I, but it was too gingery for my younger daughters. If you like flavor, this is a good, quick casual dessert. It would be delicious with lemon sauce and whipped cream.

We found this to be bitter, gritty, and very ginger-y. We threw it away after a few bites.
