Easy California Salad(1 vote)Rate this listing  1 cup canned whole button mushrooms, drained 1 cup canned whole black olives, drained 1 cup ripe cherry tomatoes 1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chunked 1 cup marinated artichokes (do not drain) Place all ingredients in salad bowl. Toss gently to coat with marinade. This salad makes its own dressing! Chill before serving. Serves four to six. Submitted on 11/27/2006 by Patricia Nieh
