Easy California Salad(1 vote) 1 cup canned whole button mushrooms, drained
Click on a star to add your own rating  1 cup canned whole black olives, drained 1 cup ripe cherry tomatoes 1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chunked 1 cup marinated artichokes (do not drain) Place all ingredients in salad bowl. Toss gently to coat with marinade. This salad makes its own dressing! Chill before serving. Serves four to six.
