Easy Fajita Quesidillas

-TJ whole wheat flour tortillas
-TJ frozen roasted peppers and onions
-TJ frozen carne asada
-TJ reduced fat mexican blend cheese
-TJ number one guacamole

in skillet over medium heat1 table spoon olive oil and 4 table spoons water add pepers/onions and carne asada, place tortillas over meat pepper mixture (to steam them) and cover with lid to cook for 10 minutes.
layer tortilla, cheese n meat mixture fold in half and in seperate non stick skillet brown the tortilla until crisp
