4 medium sized boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of prosciutto and mozarella (comes in a package together)
1 box of Trader Joe's spinach artichoke dip (follow directions on box to prepare)

preheat oven to 375 degrees
pound the chicken breasts and layer a slice of prosciutto and mozarella on the chicken and place a spoonful of spinach artichoke dip on the chicken as well, roll up and secure with toothpicks

place remainder of the dip on top of the chicken and bake for 30-45 minutes until chicken is throughly cooked

serve with a side salad, yum!

This was the best chicken I've ever made! I couldn't find the spinach artichoke dip though so I had to use a pre-made spinach artichoke parmesan dip from the deli counter at Safeway
