Easy Thai noodlesThis is a really quick noodle dish if you're craving thai, but you just don't have the cash to order out. Perhaps the yummiest thing I've made. The key ingredient is the Trader Joe's Thai Chili & Lime Peanuts. Of course any veggie or protein can be added to the stir fry to make a more substantial meal.Basic Ingredients: 1 small handful of TJ's Thai Chili & Lime Peanuts 1 portion of favorite noodles of your choice. I used cellophane noodles, but any old noodle will do 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp ginger oil or fresh minced ginger 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or hot sauce of your choice 1 TBS soy sauce 1. Boil the noodles till their just done. 2. Crush the thai chili & lime peanuts. 3. Once noodles are ready and drained, put the oils in a pan over medium heat. Add the noodles, peanuts, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir and scramble it all together. After about 1 minute, it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
