★★★★½
1 egg
1 Morning Star Farms Sausage Patty
1 Trader Jo'es Extra Sour Sourdough English Muffin
sharp cheddar cheese

Scramble an egg, place in a small single-serving size skillet. Heat one MorningStar Farms Sausage Patty (I usually keep one or two pre-thawed in the meat bin), and place in the center of the egg while still fluid. Top with two thin strips of sharp cheddar cheese, and cover. Continue to cook at med-low heat until the egg is cooked and the cheese is melted. Lightly toast a Trader Joe's Extra Sour Sourdough English Muffin. Place the egg/sausage/cheese lamination on the muffin, then top with a light drizzle of Trader Joe's Salsa Autentica. Goes great with Bay Blend coffee!

I have been doing a similar recipe and absolutely love them. Only thing I do different is top the fried egg with cheese at the last minute and slap a lid on to get it really melted. I heat the Sausage Patties in the micro for about a minute
(prefer Morningstar Farms to the TJ's brand - sorry). Then have a bottle of TJ's hotsauce on hand and a glass of cold oj on the side. Sure beats Micky D's and much healthier!
