Egg White Salad

This delicious product is full of flavor and low in calories. The entire container has 100 calories (50 calories per serving, and two servings), as well as 14 grams of protein. The traditional Egg White Salad and the Ranchero Egg White Salad were both off the market for the last 5-6 months, and were brought back a week ago (Sept 23, 2006). I just hope that the nutritional information is correct because the flavor is fantastic and that makes me curious....

I too am an avid egg white salad fan. I eat at least one a day and I'm so happy it came back to the shelves. The low calorie-content has also concerned me in the past...especially now with the whole banana crisp problem (the label said 40 calories a serving, but we found out its really 140 calories). I wonder how we could find out for real. Any thoughts?

I find myself buying more of these small servings of egg white salad than I can possibly eat before the expiration date...but both flavors are too good! I also have a sinking feeling that the nutrition facts are incorrect though because the 5th ingredient is brown rice syrup and I get a head buzz everytime i eat a serving. As a low-carb-er, this occurs when you've had too many carbs. Anyone else experience this? I agree we should try to get this tested too!

According to Nutrition Data (.com) one 28 gram serving of egg white is 15 calories and 3 grams of protein. Hope this helps.

Egg whites are amazingly low in calories, and this salad does not taste like it has infinite amounts of mayo in it. I think the nutrition info is accurate. I like this stuff, I just wish it had a little more spice.
this used to be my favorite product of all times, but the last month or so it is totally gross. There is this chemical taste to it, just disgusting.
I hope the can get this together soon, before I give up on this product.

Needs a boost. Very bland. Could be doctored up with maybe grainy mustard and onion? Paprika?
