Elegant Chicken and Waffles1 Trader Joe's Herb Roasted Chicken1 box Trader Joe's Wheat-Free Toaster Waffles 4T Trader Joe's Dijon Mustard 4T Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche Salt & Pepper, to taste 1) Prepare the Waffles & the Chicken according to package directions. 2) Remove the chicken meat off the bones (removes easily by hand) and keep warm. 3) Meanwhile, combine the Dijon Mustard and Crème Fraîche in a saucepan and heat on medium until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. 4) To serve, place chicken meat on top of waffles and drizzle with the Dijon Cream Sauce. My little ones don't like a strong mustard taste, so I used the creme fraiche with a can of low fat (to counter act the creme fraiche!) cream of chicken soup, about 1/4 c. skim milk, 1/4 c. TJ chicken broth, splash of red wine. Yummy! Hubby said it would be great over soft noodles (to taste just like what his mom used to make for him .... and he's 43!)

For a milder mustard sauce, use Trader Joe's Garlic Aioli Mustard instead of the Dijon. Thanks MariettaKate for your alternative sauce suggestion.
