Fage Greek Yogurt Total 0%This is the best yogurt I’ve ever tasted, as good or better than my fresh homemade. In fact, my yogurt maker has been gathering dust since I discovered the Fage yogurt. Even though it’s fat free, it tastes rich and creamy. I have never before been a fan of plain yogurt, but I use this Fage Greek Yogurt as I would sour cream. It adds a creamy taste and texture to savory foods like stroganoff, pasta sauces, and cream gravies, all guilt-free. It’s thicker than most yogurt and not as tangy. I add a little sugar or other sweetening and thawed-out frozen fruit, and it’s like a completely different food from the usual commercial yogurts.I only use the fat free, but one day my husband accidentally bought the whole milk version, so I gave it to our neighbors who have two small children. They were instant converts and came over to find out where they could buy it. She told me she tops it with fruit and the kids think it’s ice cream. It contains only skim milk and live yogurt cultures (so you get healthful probiotics when you eat it). A one cup serving contains 120 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 85mg sodium, 9g carbs, 0 fiber, 9g sugars, 20g protein, and 15% DV of calcium. If I could rate this a 10, I would.

As a personal trainer I am always looking for ways to cut sugar out of peoples diets and give alterantives for tasty treats. This yogurt is so power packed with healthful bacteria, protein and no added sugar to really rocks! It will take on any flavor you can create. Try dicing some apple in it and cinnamon - put in in the fridge over night and your midmorning snack will be a perfect combo of complex carbohydrate and lean protein and calcium to boot. It makes great "sour cream" for tacos- and the dip possibilities are endless. If you have not tried this- you should. Sarah Crane Personal Trainer Work Out World Nashua, NH

my favorite ways to eat fage are to either drizzle it with honey or to mix it up with some diced pineapple. love it!!!

This is hands down the best yogurt I've ever tasted. The texture is perfect and the taste, for me, is perfect as is, without any additional sweeteners. This is the only yogurt I buy.

I love this yogurt and I tell everyone that they have to try it at least once.
Excellent, thick, virginal white yogurt. I topped it with TJ's lemon curd, at the suggestion of Demo Diva and I think I had a little bit of a sexual stirring in my nether regions.

One of their best products!

I'd marry this yogurt if I could.
Maybe a ring ceremony or something?... Fabulous. Esp with fresh Michican blueberries (that I picked, thank you very much) and some ground flax seed and honey. Honey, you'll live forever! :) bygnomatic, November 21, 2007
Fantastic yogurt very creamy and not sour at all. I like to add maple syrup or jam to it for breakfast. I also used it as a substitute for sour cream in baking and cooking recipes.

Wow this stuff is amazing!
I could eat it for every meal and feel like I'm eating pudding.
the texture is so smooth and creamy. much less sugar than any other yogurt. yum!
I have used this yogurt with everything. I put it in my Roasted Red Pepper Soup, my veggie burrito and as many things as I can possibly find. This is like what I would imagine crack to be like!

... And it sounds like I'm not the only one.
The options are virtually endless with Fage, but one of my favorite ways to enjoy is with honey and fresh strawberries - is that breakfast or dessert? It's a tough call. My friends think I'm lying to them when I tell them it's fat free. byBimmerGirl, January 15, 2009
I eat this yogurt a few mornings a week, and i absolutely love it! It's filling, healthy, and you can add a lot of great things to give it a different flavor, such as honey, cranberry chutney, jam or even fresh pieces of fruit.

For a really fast, pretty healthy and incredibly delicious snack, I mix an individual container (plain) with a few really healthy shakes of cinnamon, nutmeg and a tablespoon of sugar. Half-drain a can of peaches, and top the peaches with the yogurt mixture.
