Fat Free Caramel Popcorn

This is a favorite treat of mine from Trader Joes. I tend to crave crunchy and sweet snacks more than savory and this fits the bill. It has a light caramel coating, not as thick and dark as the caramel popcorn you find in big tins around the holidays. Each bag is 7 ounces and contains about 7 servings of 3/4 cup each. The stats are per serving: 110 cals, 0g fat, 26g carbs, 1g protein.

that i try not to buy it often. i can eat the whole bag while watching tv.

Almost like Screaming Yellow Zonkers

When I was a kid, I loved Screaming Yellow Zonkers, which unfortunately I can't find anymore. These are a good substitute. 1 bag of this in my house lasts maybe half an hour if I'm lucky.
