Fat Free Spiced Apple Bread(1 vote) I substitute 1/4 C plus 1 Tbs Trader Joe's Cranberry Apple Butter for the 1/2 stick butter. This makes the bread fat free. I also add 1/3 cup Trader Joe's Dried Cranberries along with the dry mix.
