So creamy, sweet & delicious it's like having dessert - and it's all natural with no sugar added! YUM

How many calories, how many grams of protein?
byjtrain, March 28, 2008
I've been buying these for a while (I've eaten over fifty of them in the last couple months) because they are truly delicious and I love figs and Greek yogurt, so what could be better than combining both.

One thing I noticed is that they used to be marked as having 240 calories per 200g, and the container is 227g (1 Cup), so you could figure the calories to be around 270. HOWEVER, Trader Joe's mislabeled the nutrition facts (as they have been known to do from time to time) and have remarked them with the following nutrition facts...

Calories: 310
Calories from Fat: 160 (17g)
Total Fat: 17g
Sat. Fat: 8g
Total Carb: 26g
Fiber: 0g
Sugars: 26g
Protein: 12g

Hope this helps you out.

This is some of the best yogurt's I have ever had. It is so delicious the pieces of chopped fig taste almost like I just put fresh ones in the yogurt. I will definitely buy again and will try the other flavors to

instead of milk, i have this yogurt (any of the flavors) with cereal.
Fig Greek Yogurt disappeared from the dairy case several months ago and how I miss it! Odd that TJ's discontinued it, since yogurt and figs are a staple of the Mediterranean diet, which is so highly recommended these days.
