Fire Roasted Red PeppersThis is another convenience food I am in love with for its versatility... and they are SO CHEAP compared to jarred peppers in the grocery store. They have a great sweet roasted flavor. I use them diced in soups and stews, or cut into strips on pizza or in a sandwich. There are approximately three full size peppers per jar.Submitted on 10/15/2007 by ab1979 Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 6 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (6)

sandwiches, salads, paninis, ommelets, you name it, very good size and cheaper than a regular grocery store

These are great but just be sure to use them in a timely fashion because they'll mold if they're in the fridge for more than a few weeks.

The price on these peppers is awesome compared to other stores...I use them all the time with meatballs, in soups, in red sauce...or in hummus.
