Fire Roasted Summer Corn Salad1 Bag Frozen Fire Roasted Corn1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Mango 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion Opt. 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Fennel Juice of 1/2 Grapefruit 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Talespoons of Honey Salt & Pepper to Taste Defrost Corn, mix all together and Refrigerate. the corn is pretty good..you can definitely taste the fire roasted part and that is the best part! when you make it in the refrigerator it's a little soggy and not as crisp as real corn
