French Onion SoupThis is an item in the frozen case. It is a box of 2 individual soups including bread and cheese topping in each. It is the best french onion soup I've had outside of france. Even my own doesn't come out near as well. I do like to add a couple slices of baguette and some gouda cheese on top when I have some around.Submitted on 02/ 3/2007 by wasemiller Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 13 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (13)

I love these. Tons of gooey cheese on top of each one. I always keep these on hand.

This soup is one of the best I've ever tasted, especially with all the delicious cheese on top! Even microwaved, it tastes like restaurant qaulity.

i love that you can microwave it and that each serving is individually packaged. and it's delicious!
Very tasty for a frozen soup! My only complaint is that they take so darned long to heat up when I'm hungry for good soup! 5 stars!

Seriously, no soup I've tasted is better than this. I usually have a box or two in my freezer, and it's great for taking to work!

I went out and bought special large soup mugs for these because we keep it stocked in freezer. Great cool evening warm up! Taste is beefy and rich. The topping is wonderful. When I'm away hubby mic's them and enjoys them but I like the carmelized browning on the top!

I grew up eating homemade French Onion soup in Montreal and these made in Canada French Onion Soups are truly delicious! It takes a little time heating them in the oven but the wait is worth it. Much better then in the microwave.
Delicieux! byvalanddansmith, October 25, 2007
Wow, is this good! It's even better than some restaurants I've been to!

If you get lucky and can find a "Super Sourdough Boule" in the bakery section you've struck it rich. Cut a soup size hole in the center of the bread and put it in the oven. A bottle of Rockinghorse Zinfandel, a log on the fire; it don't get better.

This is by far the best Onion soup anywhere! I love my onion soup and I no longer order it if I am out because I have never had any better than this anywhere and it only takes 7 minutes in the microwave. My family just was here and tasted it. They do not have TJ's where they live so they bought coolers so they could take some with them.

I thought I'd love these based on the reviews here, but I really couldn't eat it. It smelled excellent but everything mushed together and it didn't taste good at all. I didn't finish it because I figured it wasn't worth all the sodium
