French Vanilla Yogurt - Nonfat Organic
In an effort to eat healthier and cut back on ice cream consumption, I've enjoyed yogurt much more over the years.

This french vanilla nonfat yogurt is quite tasty (would love a low sodium version!).

This is great plain but is amazing if you add a bit of Trader Joe's mixed nuts (macadamias, smoked almonds, dried cranberries and candied ginger).

If you feel quite exotic, add a heaping tablespoon of instant coffee. (i use hill bros. because that's what's in the house at the moment. :)
