Frozen Banana Truffles

3 ripe bananas cut up 1/2 slices
1/2 bag of semi sweet TJ chocolate chips
1 tbsp canola oil

Arrange banana chunks with toothpicks stuck in each one on wax paper over a cookie sheet that will fit in your freezer, put in for 2 hours to freeze.
When ready for dessert, take chocolate and put in microwave safe coffee mug with oil. Put in micro for 2 minutes.
Take out and stir till smooth.
Start dipping bananas in chocolate and set on same wax paper, they will harden in a few minutes.
Eat these bad boys and get happy, real fast.
A great crowd pleaser.
