2 Trader Joe's Deep Forest Gingerbread cakes from holiday items ($2.99)
1 can Trader Joe's organic pumpkin
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 tub whipped topping

Cut the gingerbread cakes into 1 1/2 inch cubes. set aside.
Mix pumpkin and prepared pudding.

In a deep, glass bowl, begin layering.... gingerbread, pumpkin pudding mix and whipped topping. Fill ending with whipped topping. Sprinkle the crumbs from the gingerbread on the top as garnish.

I love this gingerbread cake and hate that it's seasonal. The trifle sounds fun for the season and absolutely delish.
