Recently my daughter was diagnosed with Gluten intolerance or Celiac Sprue. It has been a challenge finding products for my carb loving teen. Today we sampled the TJ Ginger Snaps. WOW!!! They are wonderfully crunchy with a perfect amount of fresh tasting ginger. I can imagine these would make a great
pie crust for a cheesecake. We have found a new favorite! Thanks...

A real treat for those of us who are gluten free... cookies are hard to come by and these are actually yummy!
