Gourmet Turkey Club(0 vote)Rate this listing  2 slices Trader Joe’s Tuscan Pane or Asiago Peppercorn Sourdough Bread, toasted 1-tablespoon Trader Joe’s Hummus Spread 1-teaspoon Trader Giotto's Pesto alla Genovese 1-tablespoon light mayonnaise 3 ounces Trader Joe’s uncured turkey sandwich meat 1/4-1/2 ripe avocado, sliced 1 slice ripe tomato 1-2 slices fried Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Bacon Salt & pepper Directions: Combine Pesto alla Genovese and light mayonnaise. Spread one slice of the toasted bread with the hummus, and the other slice with the pesto/ mayonnaise mixture. Top with turkey, avocado, tomato, and bacon.
